Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
hi,
i am retired govt employee, aged about 65.i been served summons by a policeman.And asked me to ataend the court on 1st march 2013.this case is filed agaginst me for some reason about when i was working. now i am a retired , is there any chances that they can taking actions agaginst me? please help
