Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Removal of obstruction

A platform was constructed on the common passage. Original Suit dismissed. A wall was constructed over the platform against protests. Construction of wall was included in appeal suit. Won on appeal with costs and appeal court ordered the removal of platform. Does this mean removal of wall structure as well since the wall rests on platform only?

Re: Removal of obstruction

you should speak with your counsel about full implications of the judgement and decree passed by the courts. In a court case, the conducting counsel is the best guide about interpretation of court orders because of he is aware of the wordings of the order and the pleadings/evidence in the case.
