Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
R/sir,
I crossed my age 60 years on 2/3/2011 . Is this age 60 year qualify me for SENIOR CITIZEN.? My appeal (Civil ) is pending in Punjab & haryana High Court Chd. Can I apply for Senior Citizen ? IFf not than what is the age of Senior Citizen in High Court?

you can apply. but over here in chandigarh, cases are considered 65 years but even then your appeal will be heard first. Go ahead or contact me in chandigarh, sector 11, kothi no.199.
