Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
I am working in a company i met an road accident during duty hours by truck of my company and i got severe injury in my both legs after a long treatment i got 60% fit.and after that i started working in it but they are retiring me early because i am not 100% fit.I want to know can i get compensation and what i need to do to get compensation.

u need to file a case under workmen compensation act.
