bank has issued a sarfaesi notice. wheather can we go for a legal remedy to stop futher proceedings from the bank

If it is only notice under Sec.13(2) you have only to reply to it if you have valid objections to the contents of notice. Only after issue /publication of Notice under Sec.13(4) you can file an application before the DRT under Sec.17 within 45 days of the receipt of notice.
