Legal Question in Banking Law in India
bank published the sale notices twice in the newspares and failed to get any bid. Now got a offer under private treaty and bank has sent the offer to the mortgagors for their consent or for any other higher amounts offer with sufficient time, but the mortgagors neither given his consent nor provided any other offer to the bank. what should be the banks further course of action. can bank sell the property under private treaty without the consent of mortgagors.
