blank chaques

can 8 numbers of cheques can be passed from my account to a said loan account without any date on any on the cheque.i want to say no date on any cheque and money was transffered from my account,what i have to do?all the cheques were cleared on same date i.e. 18-10-2004

The payee of the cheques is entitled to put a date on the cheques if the drawer had left it blank. When a blank cheque is given, the payee is entitled to put a date of his choice right from the current date onwards.

The payee can put the date on the cheques. In fact even if the cheque is undated, the Bank is not at fault at honouring the same on the day it was presented as it can take the presentment date as the date of the cheque.
