Cheque bounce

Dear sir i m businessman ,one of best client purchased material of rs 45000 from me on personal & past good reletion to pay in month part payment 30000 received me in cash he taken 30 days time to make payment.but after 5 day he had some fianicial problem so he asked to take back materials & refund me money 1st time i not aggred b'cause material is unpacked but after all his famaily member requist i aggred to refund money after sell of material 3/4 monts.for eaiser to withdraw amount from bank i given him bearer cheque & said to cash it after my phone call after 4 month i called him with cheque & collect ur money withe some deduction that time he arogantly talk with me & say i want double & stop talking But after 2 month of this insidance one SUMONACE throuh police station to attend court .Sir hou it possible no any notice received .& i issu him bearer cheque NOW What i do as i talked with party & said him to refund his money But he want Double WHAT i do Now

I would strongly suggest you to engage a lawyer cuz there are no options left now apart from the court of law.

if you have given the cheque then you have just one option to fight it out in the court.

engage an advocate and let him fight it for you.

In absence of service of notice prior to filing of complaint,the complaint is not maintainable.you have a good case,so go and prove your case and if you win thecase,then file defamation case.
