Legal Question in Banking Law in India

my cheque bounce, because of sig mismatch but there is no any presentation in my statement nor any charge is debited in my a/c for bounce, my sig is 99% matches more than 5 cheques are daily passes by other banks on same signature the same day that branch bank returned more than 45 cheques return of many account holders reason by mismatch or rubber stamp required, . same branch also passes more cheques on same signature in past can i submit any legal case on bank.

U can claim compensation from the bank for wrongful dishonour of cheque in terms of Sec.31 of the Negotiable Instruments Act before the Banking Ombudsman having jurisdiction in the area where the bank is situate or in the District Consumer disputes Redressal Forum
