Dear Sir / Madam,

(Gowriwakkam, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu)

You may pay-off the exact amount of usage (based on charge-slips) on your credit card till date and write to the bank informing them that you will settle the dues at the earliest.

If there are any excess billings on your card, you need to inform the bank to reverse the wrongly debited charges to your account.

Dont panic. When was the last time you used your card? Try to talk out with bank officials by meeting them personally . They would understand your inability to pay and would give you some relief..Dont talk anything about your delayed payment or your card payment on the phone.....................Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
