Credit card payment problem

I had a credit card 96-97 and my father made payment by DD for all the dues in 1997.

But the Bank keeps sending all the wrong statements asking for payments.

They are telling they did not receive any payments.

How solve this problem.

Please inform the bank in writing the details of the payments made by you and ignore any further statements from the bank.

Get details of the payment by DD - the banks from where you purchased to DD is supposed to retain the details for 3 years, confront the credit card guys, and if they do not relent, take them to the nearest Consumer Forum.
