Legal Question in Banking Law in India
FAther had HUF account and PPF account, he expired in 1996. All bank accounts in HUF were closed. Now PPF account money has been withdrawn, How can i open a bank account in the Old HUF ( fathers HUF name )?

you cannot open a HUF account in your father;s name. You have to open a fresh account in your name and other members of the HUF.
