Finance Problem - Not paid EMIs and credit card bills

I have taken loans from different banks and also used credit cards.

But now i am not getting the salary. I don't know when i will get good job.So i was not paid the emis and credit card bills. I dont have any property on my name. Recovery agents are insisting me to pay the loan and credit card dues. Please suggest me to overcome this problem.

You may be required to clear your debts; better you dispose of your assets to meet your liabilities.

What is there to suggest when you are legally bound by the bankers.The only way out is to settle the dues amicably by waiving the interest and penalties if any.

Unfortunately, there is no solution for the problem. You will have to pay the loan or approach the bank and get the emis rescheduled.
