Defend the Sec.138 N.I.Act prosecution through a competent lawyer. Issue notice to the person who has taken the blank cheques to return the same as being not supported by consideration. Intimate the Bank with cheque Nos. not to honour the same as they are forged. Take the assistance of a good local lawyer.
