Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I am live in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. I have few queries about ptc job. Lot of my friend and me wanted to do a online part time ptc job, ptc job is paid to click job , one have to click advertise regularly at the website for that they are paid very small amount. But by upgrading account one can earn more then USD100 even more per month.

But the main problem is they are pay in USD and their payment processor is paypal, neteller etc. If we are do that job and by paypal or neteller account we withdraw our payment to our bank account at India (Paypal and netteler convert currency to rupees & deposit at bank account at India ). Is it legal or not ?
