Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i got my self a partnership deed, there was a typing mistake in it that the bank a/c should b operated jointly instead of we want it to be operated singly so now the is already notified and the bank is asking us to amend it, we are agree for the single operation & we dont have time to get the deed amended so is there any other way we can get this matter done??
