Legal Question in Banking Law in India

This is my previous post:-
Dear Sir,
I had a ICICI Bank CC with a limit of 50000. I lost my job in 2008 and since then i have found it difficult to repay the amount used by me in the card. Now I am in UAE with a small salary of 20000 INR and 80% of my salary goes for the household expenditures in India, my parents are old and i have to spend a lot on their medical expenditures. Now the people from ICICI bank Ambattur branch are calling me and saying that i have to repay a amount of 61000 as i did not repay it earlier. What can i do in this regard. I want to settle the card issue once and for all.
Thanks Mr. Lovkesh for giving me a solution. But now i am not able to understand what the people want. I have never ever tried to do forgery with any bank, because of my conditions and my loss of job, i could not pay the amount. The whole issue has brought utter shame to me in my family and my friend's circle. Dont know what way these people will finish this.

Do not worry .They do not harass u if someone harrasing u may approach to police

you may ask your lawyer to send a legal notice to the bank and the collection agency warning them to go by law instead of calling a harassing.
