Legal Question in Banking Law in

Respected Sir,

I am holding CC account with nationalised bank and My wife is also in business and holds term loan and CC account in the same bank and branch. Her business is completely seperate and her facility is covered under government scheme where there is no gurrantor and no colateral.ON THE CONTRARY SHE IS GURRANTOR TO MY ACCOUNT. In last two and half years there are huge fund transfers from my account to her account.I was compelled to do so showing a fear of damaging my account.First two transfers were made at their instance and for balance four I was forced to issue cheques.

Moreover the bank is now pressurising me to clear debts in her account as that account has become NPA due to load shedding. It was requested to restructure as per RBI norms, however it was not taken up by thebank for for the same.

The bank is neither giving me financial spport nor returning me the transferred amount. Its a choked kind of situation and I need breather.I am losing my business and I am forced to crisis by them. I have all documents pertaining to above complaint.

Can I go to consumer court and seek relief ?

I seek your guidance in this matter and wish to appeal the competent authority of LAW.

WITH BEST REGARDS

PRABODH K. PHALKE.
