What is the date of your superannuation?

Does the suspension order states any reason for suspension? If no show cause notice is issued and the suspension order also does not disclose any reason, you can issue a legal notice for wrongful suspension and then file a Writ Petition.

Do not rush to court now. wait for some time for issue of charge sheet. Appeal against the suspension order to the appellate authority in your bank. Follow up the disciplinary proceedings diligently and explain your case with facts and figures. Take the assistance of your Officers' Association office bearer who is good in defending in disciplinary proceedings.
