Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

Q2: In the event cheque bounces, will I have to under go police arrest etc? Will I get bail/anticipatory bail? What is the bail/anticipatory bail process? And howmuch approxiately it may cost?

Here the amount paid by him is less than the agreement amount, so can I file a case against him to prove the facts of agreement/cheque amount/promissory note amount? Some amount was paid by cheque/bank transfer and some amount was paid by cash. If I can get 9-12 months time I will be able to repay the amount but the person is not ready to give time.

Q 1: I taken some amount from my friend in 2009 after paying interest for few days I could not repay the principal or interest for few days. Then I shifted the place but my friend came with police after some time in 2011 and put me in police station over night and took agreement, promossory notes & signed cheques without date. Now he is threatening me to deposit cheques if amount is not cleared. But I cannot pay right now...How ca I safeguard myself from police humiliation etc?

A 1: as u have given all the promissory notes and agreement as well as cheques that too signed and u owe a liability towards him in that case u are not left with any option either to pay or defend the case once he files it

whatever ur paying condition is that u have to explain to court if the suit is filed
