Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India
I was working in Dubai and having personal loan outstanding for more than 1 and 1/2 years in Dubai bank Uae, I came India for me & my mother treatment for that I couldn't join my duty in time so company was terminated from my service. I spent huge amount for treatment and now I am facing financial crisis. I was paying my Emis regularly until last April '09, now I am in India and the bank traced me in India and asking me for the dues with the help of local agents and they are harassing me over phone and e-mails, I don't have any job now in India. what will I do, pls advise me, please..

I would suggest you that banks are always liberal with their customers unless extreme condition would arise, in your case you may negotiate the matter with bank personnel and let the payment of dues arranged in such EMI's that would be affordable to you or you can go with settlement schemes as well.
