is it advisable to appoint one (MD) authorized signatory or 2 persons in a private limited company (5 partners)? Is there any possibility that the authorized signatory can play any games without the knowledge of other partners?

companies run on trust and in case there is breach of trust by authorized signatories, it is actionable under the law.

What do you mean by 5 partners. There are no partners in a private limited company. Your query is wrong. Authorized signatory playing games is hypothetical. If you feel you cannot trust any one person then you can have two or more.
