Can advocate do partnership with non-advocate ?

I am a IP Consultant. I want to start my own company with an Advocate, So, please inform me that Advocate can be my partner ?

The advocate can enter partnership with non-advocate on professional firms like accountancy firms etc. but on independent capacity and not

in business / corporate entity.

You can not be a partner in a law firm but can work in independent capacity with lawyers. You need not have a partnership with him but some other type of understnading. Not all can be told on the net.

yes you can practice IP laws with any advocate in India provided you are enrolled as an advocate in India.

The word Partner does not go with the structure of a Company.The Word Partner is referred in the Context of a Partnership Firm. However, you can take the Advocate into the folds of a Company / Partnership Firm in whatever capacity you intend to.
