its not only the cheque but the complainant also needs to prove that the cheque was tendered towards a legally enforceable debt or liability, in case the complainant fails to prove the same, his case goes for toss.

A blank cheque is valid, if the drawer signs it blank and hands it over to the beneficiary or his agent.
