sir i want to know that i am jewels shop owner . i have purchase old jewels from customers what can i do when i purcahse a jewels from a criminal who still that i can take a entry of all the old jewels in a maintain a register.

You may be burdened with the same liability as that of the criminal and may suffer criminal prosecution by invoking 120-B IPC if you are found to be purchasing or trading in 'stolen goods'
