Legal Question in Business Law in India

I was cheated by a diaper manuf. compy. by saying they need super stockiest in my State to distribute their product to all the distributors in the State. I was offered 5% margin. I paid 3.5 lac in advance. I received the goods with orders of distributors but all distributors stopped my payment and I had to take the goods back.
Please advice what I should do.

You must have entered into an written agreement with the Company.

if they have not complied with the conditions of the contract , you can file a suit for breach of contract and demand damages.

Consult a lawyer and get proper advise for the same.
