dear sir,

a company in india had purchased a distributorship of a product from a company locaated in singapore, the company of singapore has raised the price of the product bypassing the contract agreement. dear sir, please help me how to file a suite against the singapore company.

Please see the clause in the agreement, there should be a arbitration clause therein, or a dispute resolution clause stated. Please follow the same.

Yes you must engage a lawyer and you much serve the singapore company with a legal notice for breach of contract and demand the damages or specific performance of contract therein.
