Dear sir,
i am franchisee of a apparel company as per agreement company offer me minimum expenses 61000/- per month for three years and on garment sale 6% commission but now company has refuse to give me such amount.so many times i asked my account statement but company has not sent after one year company sent me two a/c statement in excel sheet both are different and not as per agreement company has also not sent goods as per my requirement due to non availablity of goods sale not come in my shop what can i do please guide me i asked some another franchisee of that company they also face same problem

First look for the remedy in the Contract available in the Contract. If not available then prosceed for the breach of contract.
