Legal Question in Business Law in India
we have developed a site of our client and he has given cheque of rs.10000 but cheque was bounced twice,and now they are not picking phone.what should i do.

Immediately issue a demand notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act (within a month from the date of Return of the Cheque) from Lawyer. thereafter you can file a Criminal Complaint before Court. You are also advised to keep all original documents with you.
