I am an Indian. I would like to incorporate a company in US. How do i do that?

In United States, every state has its own rules and regulation for incorporating a company. First you have to decide as to which state you have interest. Moreover, what is your visa status?
There are many ways to incorporate a company in USA . And there are 50 states in USA and all the states have there own laws with regard to incorporation. Which state you intent to incorporate your company ? What would be the objective (s) of your company ? Is the trade mark of your company registered for the entire world ? Do you want to go under L-1 visa ( Intracomany Visa ) . Please clarify for a legal opinion.
