Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have manufacturing unit in J&K. I want to sell machinery outside the state against Form C. Can I sell machinery to a dealer by charging 2 % tax against C form. Is there any restriction on such transfer of goods against c form. pl. advise with some citation/clarification/rule
