raghu is a poor boy who has scored 98% in his 10+2 exams despite of his efforts in the exams he was unable to continue his studies. he joins work with sunderesh who was well known architect in bangalore sunderesh is very impressed by the performance of raghu & encourages him to study further he also mentions if raghu studies hard &manages;to get a seat in national law school he would support his education in national law school on the basis of sunderesh's words raghu studies and procures a seat in national law school sunderesh deny financial support to raghu analyse the legal position of his promise to raghu
