Legal Question in Business Law in India

can i send a legal notice to Hungarian Embassy?

I have opened up a company in Hungary and I need to visit there to open a bank account which is impossible without my presence according to Hungarian law so I can keep a deposit of 2000 Euro as neede by law

I have submitted the registration of the company with the government and Chamber of commerce to the embassy which they are saying are not reliable documents.

So i want to take them to court

Is it possible?

No you cannot sue the Hungray Embassy as Hungray Embasssy is Hungray(country) in India and all the embassies have immunity under the law to be sued .You have to follow the Hungray laws and not the Indian laws.
