sir somebody give me a payment of rs 20000/- in a blank cheque and i again give blank cheque to some else and that cheque is bounced what legal remedy i have

1) Did Blank check was duly signed by the Authorized Officer / Person ?

2) Did you filed the said amount by yourself ?

2) Have you or third party deposited the said check within Time?

3) You have remedy Under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
