Legal Question in Business Law in India
sir, we r having a partnership firm and there r three partners in the firm my father my uncle and i my father has brought a new car (through bank loan)in his name in 2008-2009 i just wanted to know do ny father will be able to get tax rebate which he had paid interest and priciple amt of the car loan as our C.A says that my father will not get any tax rebate as it is a partnership firm .
