Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi Sir,
Iam Abdul Majeed doing my 2nd year BE Civil Engineering in TamilNadu. Me and my friends are planning to setup a business in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The business is,
" We are going to produce a Gift Card and market it to the local people of Hosur. The gift card comes along with a Catalogue with list of Shop Names of Hosur Offering discount. Any local guy visit the registered shop gets additional discount as given in the catologue. The local guy gets discount and the shop owners get additional customers"
We are afraid whether some legal issues might be arised. And many queries to lawyers just confusion replies. So we want your help. If our business turns into a success we will be then extending this to various other cities too, So what are the legal procedures to be done for starting this. Please mention it clearly. And also what will be its cost and requirments? We are planning to name our team as Purple Advertisers and the Card as Purple Profit Card.
