Legal Question in Business Law in India
While travelling in a bus Asish finds a VCR. After making reasonable efforts to discover the owner, he sells the VCR to Deepika, who buys the VCR with acknowledgement that Asish is merely finder. On coming to know about the deal, M, the owner of the VCR files a suit against Deepika for the recovery of the VCR from her. Decide giving reasons whether M will succeed in getting the VCR back from Deepika.
