498a acquittal & maintenance
I am acquitted in 498a false case filed by wife. I have filed for Divorce on ground of cruelty and living in adultery ( my dau.16yrs old is witness to her affair with my friend+ she has used my brother to satisfy her carnal desires aftermarriage with me). She has filed for huge maintenace under Cr.PC125. Will I get DIVORCE automatically based on grounds of cruelty caused due to false 498a case? 2nd- I am ready toprove her adultery with recorded tape/material /witness in family court- what are chances of paying any maintenance even then!? Appreciate your reply as my case is coming up for hearing in family court at Bandra. Sairam!

take advice properly with an advocate in personal meeting and you can save a lot of harassment.
if she has cheated then you need not to pay maintenance.
