Adoption

my mother sister has adpoted me from my birth date without any adpotion deed.since my birth date iam staying with my adpoted mother.in school records as son adpoted mother&father name is their.now my age is 21.recently one year back my adpoted mother and father has died .so now i will eligible for legalheir are not?

yes you are entitled to the succession of the assets of your adopted parents as per the narration given by you.

An adoptive child is as good as a natural child, and represents the estate of their Adoptive Father-mother. Hence your entitled as adoptive child to be legal heir of your deceased adoptive parents.

But before that you have to satisfy valid adoption. For this purpose u can have school records produced, in ration card if any, even kinsman can be a valid proof of due execution of an adoption
