Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I want to challange a mutual partition deed, made in 1987, executed between my father his 5 brothers and the two uncles of my father where there is no mention of name of the 4 sisters of my father and also the 2 sisters of my grandfathers. the property is an ancestral one and at the time of deed(in 1987) my grandfather and his wife expired. it is also to mention that, in due course , may be in 2000 , one of my uncle bought the land of the 2 grandfathers, the other executors of the deed(1987) and built a house thereon. being a woman , may i have the fundamental right to disclose this suppression of facts and file a suit for cancellation of the partition deed as i have no knowledge of the fact before my father's death in october , 2012 ?

Yes, you can do so. You need to do so, in the court, in whose jurisdiction the land falls.
