civil procedure code

exparte decree is order against the defentent on basis of that the plaintff party filed E.P and the hon'ble court order attach the salary of judgement debtor and order to gurneeshe to enquiry how much salary the judgement debtor draw and submitted salary details of judgement debtor.now i am appering on behalf of judgement debtor i think i reopen the e.p under order 21 rule 106 but there is any other grounds to give reliefes to judgement debtor pls send mail in favor of judgement debtor
