regarding co-operative society(building) laws

we r living in a co-operative society,

which is formed newly..

the new body members of the buliding wants to install borwell water tank to provide 24 hr water .

the thing is that the quality of bor water is not at all gud..so we opposed it..but society peoples r not listening us.and they want to replace the orginal line of tapp water by this new one without our permision.but i and dont want to compromise my family health...wht can i do now?is there any civil law in this case..plz guide me...

If the decision of Managing Committee is wrong or illegal, it may be challenged before the REGISTRAR, Cooperative Societies.
