Dear Sir

I (56)have taken Stay Order on my Husband's (62) (who Currently resides with a mistress) Plot which is actualy one ancestoral property (in a case against my husband on his ancestors Property) This Stay Order is for not to sell the property /Land during the course of the case which is pending in the court which was passed in my favour recently in feb'2011 . this tower is situated on our ancestoral property which is now in my husband's name.

My Husband has done since 2006 the deal with the Reliance Mobile and has set up the Reliance Tower in a part of this land earlier and the same deal continues till date and the tower company is paying him rent per month and have paid security as well.I tried but the tower company is arguing that they need court order to share the rent.

Just wanted to confirm is it possible my husband can transfer the payment of monthly rent and security to his mistress or her sons name by law by making any agreement with the tower company without my knowledge. My husband is totally in control of his mistress and his son and he is just denying having any relationship with me and my son.

I have requested the tower company to inform me if there is any change in their agreement.

Can i do something through law that before altering the agreement the tower company should atleast let me know.

Please suggest my husband stays ill and me too ,there is possibility that this land and rent can be transferred by my husband to a third party including them
