dispute for walk way
my land is using 7 families as a walk way.Now we started boundary wall they got a stay from panchayat.We allready given to them 3 feet as awalk way.
Now they are asking 3 meter for walk way. What we can do for the boyndary wall construction ?

File a suit for permanent injunction.

If they have any other way to approach their house then you may file suit for permanenant injunction else 3 feet is enough and construt the wall on rest of the land after vacation of stay from panchyat.
