Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have duly obtained Stay Order on a plot of land in which my husband had given one Mobile tower on rental basis to one mobile company since the last 7 years and court has given stay for not selling the aforesaid plot of land and to keep the land as it is. Is it possible for me for share of rent which myhusband is deriving from Mobile Company, against the aforesaid tower situated on the aforesaid plot of land.

I have also got the RO in an domestic voilance act case with my husband in which he has denied having any relationship with me and he has sold our house but i have got the RO for stay till the disposal of this case.

I was serving as a private teacher in a private school but since the last 18 months i have no source of income and i have got one letter from the school also that i am on without pay and just one week back i have also resigned from the job.

How can i get the share in the rent provided by the mobile company to my husband.
