Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a farmer .in my ancestral house a long time ago my grand mother kept some silver coins under the land because of fear of the robbers . and after some time she dead without telling anyone where she kept the silver coins . we all forgotten this .but yesterday when i reconstructed my house some laborer digging that land .They found those coins. and they informed to the local police.police came and take those coins in their custody .when i demanded for my coins they replied that this is government 's property , if you want to take them then to see by which law this property is your's . so kindly tell me the indian law related to property which is found under the land of private property
