Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i filled an writ petition in high court to remove a person from govt. service because he submitted fabricated certificate to secure appointment. i am also one of the candidate for the said appointment. if the fraud person dismissed, i will get job because i am in the next seniority. for last 1 year hearing is not coming for my case. my case last updated 5 months back by the court. what i can do to expedite the case?
