Sir, In India, Hyderabad, father to four sons transfer of propert of succession act is appropriate with gift deed or WILL DEED, kindly elaborate the taxes and charges involved in Gift deeds in such case

it depends on which personal law is applicable to u. if hindu law is applicable than the gift deed must be registered compulsary and if muslim law is applicable than other provisions will alsobe to be taken into consideration plz send some more details to nswer ur question

taxes and charges will be levied according to the things you are gifting. it may vary from place to place so go to registration office of your area and ask them about this
