Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a graduate. I have applied for the compensationate service of my father in 2007, but still not get. Is there any provision to get the service of my father who is working as clerk in ASSAM state govt. School and died before his retirement due to heartattack. How and whom can I apple to get the service. Please help me.
