Legal heirship certificate issued by Thasildar and court succession certificate

We would like to know that Legal heirship certificate issued by Thasildar and court succession certificate are same. We want to claim the Rs. 6,00,000 Kissan Vikas Certificate from PO. The court succession certificate calls for Rs 55,000 expencess. Hence your advice is expected.

Tahasildar cannot issue sucession certificate teh same has to be issued only teh court.

try to use the certificate from tehsildaar otherwise take new certificate from court. present certificate of court will be a loss

Thesildar has no legal power to issue sucession certificate hence you have no option except to obtain sucession certificate from the concerned court

Tehsildar has no power to issue succession certificate, however tehsildar issue certificate of certificate in respect of ownership/possession on basis of land record while it is only court who has power to issue succession certificate or letter of administration in respect of property of deceased if he had not left any WILL.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
